Reader Harold Wright has kindly sent me this picture of his original painting by Warren McAllister. It dramatically portrays a Boeing 707, in Canadian Armed Forces livery, flying over the ocean.
Warren McAllister worked for Boeing as an artist and painted a classic Dyna Soar during his time in the Sixties.
He also painted this beautiful sleek SST flying over a coastline. You can see a second SST flying lower down with its swing wings out [picture: Worthpoint].
It would appear that the above SST art was also used by Hover for the box art of their plastic toy version of the SST as seen below [picture courtesy of Paul Vreede].
