Don Carmelo Batmobile

I saw this on an Argentinian site and boy, what a bat toy!

A Don Carmelo production from Argentina, from the 1970's - a very large scale plastic (1/10 scale) issue of Batman's Batmobile.

Do you know this South American rarity readers? Do you like it?

JURASSIC PLASTIC

 I do like cheapo window boxed toys from the last few decades.

These Galaxy Giants from Argentina fit the bill and I borrowed the pics from an auction last year.

This fella is a weaponised Triceratops.

I really like the Star Wars inspired box art.

Here are further armoured dinos; a Stegosaurus and a Triceratops.

These two come from the similar Space Dinosaur Protector line

This is an unusual Man from Uncle car by Carlos V I saw on auction. It's Argentinian and clearly influenced by the die-cast many of us had as kids. A rather fragile looking thing. What do you think?

Some cool Bat stuff on this old Argentinian advert.

The brand is Khanis and the items are:

Alcancia = piggy bank

Cinteron = belt

Senal = not sure, a flashing signal?

Casco = helmet.

Wow!

Anyone got any of this bat gear?

BATMAN'S PORSCHE

Being a fan of both Batman and sports cars I thought this Argentinian Carrera was a cracker!

Bats looks so relaxed in his comfy seat under the canopy.

I suppose you could stick a Batman decal on anything and make it a Bat toy. Argentina produced hundreds of presumably unlicensed plastic Batman cars of different types and this is just one of them online.

Largely because of the modernity of the content.

As far as I know its from 1953!

A CAPSULE FROM ARGENTINA

This Argentinian APOLO caught my eye so I saved the pic.

Its looks like a basic plastic toy although it's got the look.

Not sure what the little things are at the side. Parachutes?

The header graphics remind me of a collectable tea card like Race into Space or something.

Besides being a source of income is an excuse to buy, sell and investigate things that I like. 

In this extensive and capricious list, toys play an important role. Few days ago I bought a lunar explorer Gorgo brand and looking at the web found your blog. 

I found it amazing that Argentina occupy a place in such an important high benchmark for toy collectors. 

Exploring your blog I met an article about the company CHIBI. I recently bought a fire camión MIB that brand.

VIAGEM FANTASTICA: FANTASTIC TRACK SET CAR

Years ago I found a huge boxed set of plastic track with a couple of fantasy type cars at a local sale. The cars looked like they were snake or lizard skin. Long since sold, for the life of me I can't recall the name.

I was amazed to see the self same car on an Argentinian auction site - the Viagem Fantastica. The box art even shows the multi-coloured chunky track.

Anyone know what its called in English?
