I enjoyed your save of the Major Matt Mason Moon Suit - you really do wonders with bits-&-pieces! Have you ever thought of cobbling together a steam-punk style spaceship? 

I don't collect the original MMM - preferring, for the most part, smaller sized figures. Here's some shots of my Marx 54mm astronauts in both the Grumman MK-1 suit and the Republic Aviation suit.

I do love these small Marx space playsets to use in a diorama but would really hate to take them off their display cards. Trying to find already unboxed pieces has been a bear though.

SUPER TOY MEN ON THE MOON CARDED SET

I spotted these neat stocking fillers on bay earlier in the year. Men on the Moon by Super Toys.  Looks like there's around 30 spacemen and 3 vehicles. The spacemen look like MPC type rather than LP. Or are they Marx style?

I had thought the vehicles were straight lifts of Marx Lunar Exploration Miniature Playset ones but looking at this example below I'm not so sure. Any ideas readers?

Woodsy, [here's my] Marx Lunar Exploration Miniature Playset! "Hand decorated by Artists", says the box. From the sweet 60's and made in Taiwan, and with Hong Kong box art. I just love these dioramas with little pieces of lunar surface, beautiful background decor, the space tank and the dynamic trio! Perhaps even better than being there!
