 I've a few things on the boil at the mo.

Just finished this simple addition to my incomplete TB2 pod JR21 Land Rover, a neat plastic windscreen donated by Wotan Bill during lockdown.

Not an original part but it'll do nicely. At some point I'll paint it red.

Next up is a 1980's Transformers Galvatron spruce-up.

MY NEW RED TRAILER

 A few shots of my new car boot red trailer. It's a neat fit for the JR21 Land Rover. I couldn't easily find my JR21 Thunderbird 2 so my Dinky stood in.

Not sure what's in the container? Any ideas?

I'm always on the look-out for ersatz toy parts including the Landrover from the JR21 Thunderbird 2 pod.

Here's a possible green pod contender in this vintage bagged Soldier set I saw on an old online sale.

MOVE OVER JEEP, I'M A LAND ROVER

As most toy collectors know replacing missing parts is tricky.

Sometimes that missing bit just isn't common.

Case in point is the Land Rover that came with the JR21 Thunderbird 2.

Here are Scoop's beautiful examples from 2014 on Moonbase.

I've a red one [without the windscreen] but it was pure luck I found it in the attic.

So is there a decent replacement?

Browsing the net I found a few possibles depending on how exact it should be:

Fairylite yellow

Hong Kong red with trailer

Army cheapo jeep

Airfix red jeep

You any ideas?
