Walker Rider

 I'm not sure about this, the Walker Rider.

Is it a generic thing for other action figs like Micronauts or is it a toy in itself, even a knockoff?

There's hints of Micronauts, Galaxy Riders and more!

These Walker Riders are strange that I saw online. I know of Galaxy Riders - He-Men on motorbikes - and I get the feeling these are related.

Anyone know the Walker Riders?

Ed's Galaxy Lasers

Woodsy and Fellow Moonbasers,

I enjoyed seeing the packaged goodies on the Outer Realm site.

 I've been busy trying to photograph my spacemen collection and took these shots of my Tim-Mee Toy/Processed Plastic Galaxy Laser Team figures. 

I also have a boxed Airfix set of these figures (all in tan) that I haven't yet taken photos of.

A BONNY LOT DOWN DONNY

Today's meagre but interesting and inexpensive haul from Doncaster Car Boot.

At the rear, two blister carded Dictator toy Pistols made in China [I was drawn to the Transformer artwork on the backing card], an old Britains farm trailer with Shawnee Poole Rear Dump decals, an unbranded die-cast pull-back Dodge Charger [my fave muscle car], 

a Corgi Rockets die-cast Todd Sweeney body [no wheels, my fave Rockets car as a kid!], a die-cast red Citroen CX Palas made in Spain by Miniaturas DA or IDAI?, a Corgi Juniors die-cast Batmobile for DIY restoration, a GEN1 Transformers without the bonnet [my second like this] and the very front, the Lone Ranger and a tiny He-Man/ Galaxy Warrior miniature.

The Lone Ranger is from the 1980 Legend of the Lone Ranger figure line by Gabriel. Amazingly, having never found any of these figures before, I found General Custer two weeks ago in York! Who's next? Tonto?

The Bends of Time

I've been enjoying reading up on those cheeky bended-knee Imposters of the Universe, the He-Man bootlegs, Galaxy Warriors.

One line, The End of Time: The Last Battle, has card art that's so familiar but I just can't place it. Can you readers?

THE SQUAT THICKENS: BIG THIGHS AND BENDED KNEES!

 I'm enjoying looking for and finding knockoff wrestlers from the 80's and 90's at the mo.

In fact any action figure with those classic Masters of the Universe big thighs and bent knees wherever possible or if not, obvious wrestler knockoffness.

With a little patience at boot sales the bendy fellas give themselves up. Its great fun tracking them down and more often than not there are always one or two at a sale and its reassuring to come home with a result.
