I'm positively clackered after searching for the perfect blister for my custom Victim figure.
The trick has been finding a 7 inch blister, a relatively small container when many blisters are quite big.
Well, it would appear I've found it quite by accident in my daughter's recycling!
A clear macaron box, half a dozen and it looks great.
There are two in the middle of the bunch above.
I think one of these should do Wotan Bill's fabulous card art justice.
Continuing with my custom Lincoln Victim project, I've had a crack at two more DIY figures.
The Bride of Frankenstein and Dracula's Daughter.
What do you reckon readers?
This is a story that goes back a good few years. Parts have been blogged, some parts not.
This is the whole story.
Always a monster nut I loved monster action figures as a kid. Figures like Lincoln International's classic monsters.
So a while back I was amazed to see a strange girl doll on Plaid Stallion's Lincoln Monsters page (pictured).
What?
The rare 1970's doll was called The Girl Victim, a risky choice given that Aurora ran into a lot of trouble with the same named kit ten years earlier in the 60's.

Just over two years ago I thought I'd actually found the doll in a Selby charity shop but this was a big red Sindy herring.

Back in September I found a £1 doll in a Selby Charity shop.
You may have heard about the controversy surrounding Aurora's The Victim model kit.
Do you think Aurora monsters would be popular with today's kids?
Just in case you haven't caught my earlier posts this Autumn, here's Lincoln International's own version of the Victim toy figure!
Looks like a small cheap Barbie to me but Plaid Stallions have ID'd the doll exactly as a Dawn knockoff called Mod Miss.
Check out this page and thread and see what you think readers.

More to come on this story!
Well, my current Lincoln obsession, the Victim, as mentioned the other day, took one further step today, when I received a package in the post.
Last week I rang a local Charity Shop and explained that as I am currently off work ill with a severe sore throat and cough that I could not come by to pick up the green clothed fashion doll I had had put to one side for me, a doll I hoped would go some way towards creating my own Lincoln International Monsters Girl Victim. Maybe she had on the same green jumpsuit at least!
Costing just £1, said Charity doll arrived today and here she is, a Sindy clone with a flower power outfit.
Alas, Miss. Charity is nothing like the real thing, but I wuz chuffed anyway. Its old and flowery at least!
Sometimes ( often! ) I get a bee in my bonnet, especially when I'm off work with another rotten stinker of a school cold. I've got time for those bonnet bees.
This particular bee is called the Victim.
This morning whilst sat on the throne I was looking at Mr. Rock on the Plaid Stallions Website and noticed the blonde Barbie knock-off they call the Victim.
I've mentioned her before on MC as she's an elusive Lincoln and part of the mystery of their monsters.
Seeing said Victim I thought, hmmm, I've seen something like her before. I plundered my brain and eventually dragged from my deepest ID where and what I'd seen.
A cheap blonde doll wearing a floral jump suit .......
