Ten years ago my friend Paul Vreede found some rather sorry looking SpaceX custom wrecks.

Paul's SpaceX Surveyors and ... one S.W.O.R.D Moon Crawler!

My good friend Paul V kindly sent me this fab picture of his fleet of fabulous SpaceX Surveyors.

 It also features a Surveyor that Paul customised into superb miniature Project SWORD Moon Crawler, which he very kindly gave me as a gift for my birthday in 2021.

Spacex II Surveyor 2

 Another old gem on the Worthpoint archive, the glorious SpaceX Golden Astronaut Surveyor. 

Not one I have and despite missing it's arms, it's still a Bobby dazzler!

Anyone got one?

Browsing Worthpoint this New Year I re-found some old fiends seen years ago on MC.

Here's the Space Explorer set by Roxy, a flagrant rip-off of Multiple Toymakers Golden Astronaut and Triang's SpaceX toy lines.

I've always liked the little pink space car in the middle. I had one many years ago.

This Space and Beyond baggy contains Golden Astronaut aplenty for just $2.99

Last but not least, the gorgeous Surveyor 2, boxed as part of the Golden Astronaut range.

I wonder if there really were 'engineer's drawings'?

Bob's Big LP Collection

Hi Woodsy,

I've been following some of the threads about the Wonderful LP space toys and Golden Astronaut/Spacex toys lately. 

Some of the rarer ones do show up in the States from time to time. Although, I had to go through a third party to secure a Molab for sale in Argentina recently.

 While I have yet to finish my permanent display setup for these great toys, here is a group shot of some of my larger LP lunar vehicles, and a pic of my recent Golden Astronaut series 2 finds.

I have way too many space related toys stashed away in totes, where I can't enjoy them right now due to the space demands of my retro scifi action figure business!

OVER THE MOON

 A Christmas or so back my friend and fellow SpaceX fan Paul Vreede kindly sent me a wonderful gift, his take on the Project SWORD Moon Crawler.

Paul used an old SpaceX Surveyor as the basis and what a fantastic job he did!

I received this fabulous Moon Crawler from friend Paul Vreede for my birthday. 

Paul did a wonderful job converting a SpaceX Surveyor. The detailing is superb! 

I hope these photographs do it justice as I was and am literally over the moon!

The designer has signed the box but I can't read it. You?

Judging by the pictures on the box rear there's tons you could do with this toy.

HOME-MADE SPACEX SURVEYOR 2 TOY: ALL DONE AND DUSTED!

Phew! That wasn't easy especially the blue windscreen. After a couple of duds I ended up sawing a Hermesetas box in half! It sort of worked I hope.

Not sure what to do next!
