Hi Woodsy,
I've been following some of the threads about the Wonderful LP space toys and Golden Astronaut/Spacex toys lately.
Some of the rarer ones do show up in the States from time to time. Although, I had to go through a third party to secure a Molab for sale in Argentina recently.
While I have yet to finish my permanent display setup for these great toys, here is a group shot of some of my larger LP lunar vehicles, and a pic of my recent Golden Astronaut series 2 finds.
I have way too many space related toys stashed away in totes, where I can't enjoy them right now due to the space demands of my retro scifi action figure business!
Anyway, thanks!

Wow, that is a great collection of very colourful toys.
ReplyDeleteThat's fine collection Bob. These toys are becoming extremely rare now, especially boxed. The boxed GA toys are possibly among the most scarce, interesting to see they found their way to Argentina! Bill
ReplyDeleteFabulous stuff.
ReplyDeleteThat Lunar diorama will need to be a panorama !
Thanks, I have plans for a big diorama. After a couple recent articles discussing an eventual train system may be built to connect different lunar outposts, peaked my interest. And, as one who never had, nor wanted a conventional train layout. A Lunar train sounds kind of appealing. It would add interest to the display for the grandkids, where a static display would be more boring. Hmmmm...
DeleteMany years ago I bought an HO scale monorail for use in just such a diorama. It's still in the box out in The Cave and that diorama has yet to materialize!
DeleteA glorious collection! SFZ
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome collection - I'm droolin' here LOL
ReplyDeleteFor an LP fan that is a sight to cherish! Looking forward to seeing your diorama completed!
