These animated clips are really amazing! I can’t even imagine where one would begin? What data do you have to feed the software to get it to create things like motion and background? Very impressive! SFZ
Its unbelievably simple, these are apps I have on my phone, some are free for a period of time, simply use 1 photo, it will ask for some prompts for how you want it to go and it's done, some have been quite comedic in the execution er like a captain kirk photo I had and he's carrying a phaser which he drops to do the campest wave before beaming up, so try a few, its all a learning experience
Make sure you've got as much of the images you want, so get the picture in focus, and the background too, these apps will generate surroundings if needed, Best to get a background you like, I generally use youtube, one of those videos that help you go to sleep, where the image remains still
As an additional i use an app called Youcut which is a video editing app, totally free, you can manipulate the speed of the short 5 second mp4 file the ai apps created to make run longer, there's loads of effects to really make the video pop!!!
A while back, I posted a series on how I adapted a mini Corgi Chitty Chitty Bang Bang into a faux Edai Grip model and used AI for the background art. I always felt a bit guilty about it, because I know with a bit of hard graft I could have come up with something I had actually done, rather than letting the computer do my home work!
My personal view is, as AI devalues the traditional crafts, the only way to make an impact is to actually learn to do the work yourself!
Oh i agree with the approach of the traditional methods, and prefer to see that in media, but for myself I'm very limited to the creative space and lack the tools and also the funds to do this, this ai thing is just a bit of fun and very very accessible even to technofobes like me
