Henshin Cyborg and Denys Fisher Cyborg in front |
Following my Micronauts post, here are some similar shots of the Denys Fisher Cyborg, Android and Muton figures. there were hampered by the lack of poseability, being a shade smaller than an Action man figure, but with quite stiff joints.
These shots were taken with an analogue lens on a digital camera, using glass filters on the lens, for the specular and chromatic effects from exterior lights.
For the final shot, I highlighted Androids eye with a pencil laser. Take that!
Hats off for some totally captivating art, Bill. You've captured the essence of the characters and their universe.

DeleteHi Bill....Some more excellent miniatures photography....I do remember these and bought a set...sold them though a few years ago wished I still had them.....they were very nice detail on the figures ....never did any pictures of them , don't really remember why.....you have certainly got a top set of pictures of these figures...again well done with your photography Bill . ReplyDeleteThanks Richard - these were a bit more challenging, as the joints on the hips are elasticated, so very tricky to pose. All that chrome though is a gift to creative lighting!
