Another excellent model displayed at Smallspace; the Moon Fargo buggy from Moon Zero Two, scratch built by James Murphy.
I'd love to do a proper diorama photoshoot with this little beauty!
That is lovely, I've been tempted to do one of those for years.
I believe he's done a bulldozer version too, Kev.
Brilliant!
Your photoshoot would certainly do it justice Scoop.
I love the design, Mish, in spite of being from a late sixties film it does look a bit like something dreamed up in the fifties.
Again, from me. It's been a hard day !
Good gosh, I love Moon Zero Two, which I saw first run in the theater, and I loved the vehicles and all the miniatures. What a lovely homage!
Some interesting designs and moonscapes in the film, Zigg.
What a lovely piece of work! I love the retracted Translucent green shutters on the windows.
Yes, he's put a lot of effort into the detail, Lewis.
One of my faves as well. It's a shame they did not make a toy or a kit of it. Mr Murphy's model is a magnificent compensation! For some reason I'd like to see it side by side with the SHADO Moon Hopper!
Somehow I missed this !I really like it though. Always good to see a craft no-one's done before, and that's been done well.
It was on Chris Rogerson's table opposite the space race model display, Mish.
A wonderful model Scoop. Sort of reminds me of my Lunar Bug I had as a kid. Saw Moon Zero Two as a nipper. The helmeted skull scared me to death!
