The Pod is compatible with Vivid's Supersize Thunderbird 2, and is designed to fit inside it's module.
Clip on the fixed caterpillar tracks, and the digger on the front and you have a Dozer.
No Thunderbird set would be complete without The Mole.
Unfortunately, it's not exactly like the one on screen, it's excessively shortened nose drill is a bit of a let down, but I imagine if it was more screen accurate it wouldn't fit in to the Module.
A better looking option is The Laser (or Repair vehicle if you change the nose attachment.)
The Space pod with the repair attachment at the front.
The Pod fitted with just the Caterpillar tracks.
The box.
I've no doubt youngsters will enjoy this toy, and it gives an added dimension to the supersize Thunderbird 2. It's reasonably priced, easy to find and fun, as you could create your own version if you wanted.
Many collectors will probably compare it to the Tomy Takara Pod Builder set which is exclusive to the Japanese market, and features its own module and two smaller pods plus accessories.
is that paired with the supersize tb2? Looks great!
