IN A FLAP

Being friends of LP toys we've blogged the amazing Space Blimp at Christmas before. 

I'm used to seeing pics of it in a window box.

I think this pic above, from a superb old Saleroom auction, might be a different box unless ...... its just the top header flap folded over? What do you think?

NEW TO THE BLOG: SONIC CONTROLLED THUNDERBIRD 5

Saw this on Vectis' old auctions and realised that the top right box is new to the blog.

Its the one named Sonic Controlled Space Ship, which to us is Thunderbird 5. Its a knockoff like the well-known white one underneath by Soma.

The listing described it as white as well and I'm wondering if its by Soma too. I like the photo box I must say. Do you?

Has anyone got this Sonic controlled Thunderbird 5?

JUNIOR IS ON THE BASE

Owing to a family emergency - extreme sibling rivalry mixed with cabin fever - Thunderbird 2 was dispatched from Moonbase to extract Moonbase Junior from his home turf where newly born Miss can prosper. 

Junior is now on Moonbase for 3 days. Age 3 and a half, full of beans and he never stops! All hands on deck!

Lockdown re-established.

I will be radio silent for a while!

MEV-2 PAINTINGS AND DRAWINGS

There have been a number of MEV-2 -like vehicle design paintings and illustrations.
