Renwal's Visible Woman and Friends

It's odd how in the space of a few days several visible women turn up.

You'll recall the original plastic 60's kit by Renwal,  both anatomical and educational.

I thought we'd done a post about it but here's some pics off auction.

And this fine example on She Walks Softly.

Recently an eagle-eyed reader spotted the very same on a you tube clip of the 1990 schlocker, Frankenhooker.

And in the same week I was watching a report about the plight of coastal towns when this image popped up, the more dramatic Verity by Damian Hirst standing tall and expectant in Ilfracombe like a thirty foot Steffi Baby Doll brandishing a sword.

This immediately reminded me of the very same but much more Renwalesque Damian Hirst Verity statue towering over the country entrance to Yorkshire Sculpture Park in Bretton.
