It could be the 1935 horror film starring Henry Hull.
It could be the 1981 horror film American Werewolf of London with the Kessler boy.
For me its Warren Zevon's rock song Werewolves of London, a howling success in 1978. The beat will get under your skin. Be careful it doesn't change you for good!
