This is a new one for the blog.
This is the "Spatank" battery operated space truck from Chrin Fong toys of Taiwan.
Its designed to drive forward, with free wheel bump-n-go action, and rotating turrets.
There are lights in the engines and guns. The side guns also can be extended forward.
I think I'd prefer a Spa Tank (cheap joke, I know sorry!)
ReplyDeleteYes, I like the vehicle but not the name!
ReplyDeleteI assume its short for SPACE tank. They saved on the CE!
DeleteIs anyone else having problems with this comments bar? Is it too small?
ReplyDeleteNah - typical far eastern tat. I have a similar r/c truck like this a few years ago, all lights and no action. Why on earth do you put a damn great handle down the windscreen?
ReplyDeleteTat? Tat is a Hong Kong toy company. Ming TAT.
ReplyDeleteThe Comments box expands to normal size once you click on it - at least it did for me. This is not a tank, it has wheels, not tracks. Also, those clear cockpit covers are not going to give the crew much protection. More like a wheeled Armoured Personnel Carrier or space exploration vehicle. The black version, with just one gun mount, actually looks better and more realistic.
ReplyDeleteOddly the comment box did not expand for me when I clicked on it. Sometime later when I looked at again, the comment box was simply bigger than it had been before.
ReplyDeleteAs someone once said, 'New and Improved, it's surprising how those two get confused '.
As someone once said, '
Reminds me of a wheeled version of the ‘Landram’ from late 70’s Battlestar Galactica. I like it!
ReplyDeleteIt look robust and fun. As a kid I would've appreciated it. I think it looks cool!
