I hadn't realised that Giant issued their bottle shaped rocket in baggies until I saw this example online.
I couldn't see the reverse of the header but I assume it said that the rocket contains the aliens and astronauts.
Here's an example of the whole thing loose I saw on Worthpoint.
Have you any Giant brand toys like this?
Giant was one of my favorites as a kid Woodsy. I have a bunch of Giant in my hoard but the space stuff is elusive - and expensive!
ReplyDeleteA bunch of giants! Love it Ed!
DeleteLike any good toy, it will have been re-released to within an inch of its life. The Giant spacemen even appear in the Multiple Toymakers baggy that I hot in the mid seventies. You cant keep a good toy down
ReplyDeleteYou are a giant among men Wote.
DeletePlastic Soldier Review has a long article, with photos, of Giant figures and equipment. This is listed under Features, rather than in the main figure review section. This is a really great site, devoted to the smaller plastic figure ranges, around Airfix HO/OO.
