Hi Woodsy
Here are the Munsters model photos I promised. The 1:64 scale Johnny Lightning models came out in 1999 as part of the Fright'ning Lighting series, a mix of Star Cars and Show Rods, all with a spooky theme. These came out in two batches. I do have some of these somewhere, but not the entire range. I think this includes one of the Munsters cars, but not sure which one.
I got this pair just a few months ago from a model shop which is a bit hard to get to as I do not have a car, so I do not get out there very often, but they do have a good selection. Neither the front nor back of the cards mention The Munsters, just George Barris. Both cards say 'New for 2017'. This issue of the Koach does not have the crest on the doors, although previous versions did.
The AMT 1:25 scale Munsters kits both appeared in 1964, and have been reissued a few times since. This 'Graveyard Ghoul Duo' again omit any reference to The Munsters, but do carry the Barris name. As with the JL diecasts, the Munster Koach has been renamed the Barris Koach.
These photos show the AMT double kit. No idea who the creepy looking green fellow is meant to be - it certainly is not Grandpa!
