I love browsing the covers of old pulp sci-fi magazines.
Terra Utopische Romane is such an old German series and above is a cover I thought I recognised, at least the central figure that is.
He looks a little like Frankenstein in this much older Frankenstein meets Wolfman Universal cinema poster shown below.
