A while ago you wrote a blog entry about childhood toy boats and by chance finding a tugboat reissued by Springwell but originally by Tudor Rose.
At the time I pointed out that the superstructure on yours was on backwards and that I had purchased one on the Isle of Wight.
This weekend I added a 12" extension to my train layout and dug out various boat models including my Tudor Rose tug which in my case has been painted and can be viewed to the right of the foreground.
Originally from the 1950's it now resides with trains from the 50s.
