I love the look of this little Japanese toy on You Tube.
Its the MLRS Bison from Ultraman Gaia.
Like a Rubiks cube, its parts pop out to reveal the sweet whole.
It reminds me a little of our friend the SpaceX Tractor T-5.
Have you got a Bison or any other Ultraman toys?
I've got a few of the Bandai vehicles form various Ultraman series. They are pretty cool.
ReplyDeleteBandai created a short lived series of very accurate diecast and plastic models of the machines in their 'Ultride Mechanics World' range.
I've got the Xig Fighter 01 and Xig Fighter 03. They're about 5 inches long and like the Bison they fold up into containers. I've also got the GUTS Wing.

Also a few Bandai Ultraman Nexus vehicles - Chrome Chester Alpha, Beta, and Gamma in their standard toy range. Still excellent toys though.

You have an amazing collection Yorkie and its an area of toys I know very little about. For some reason the Japanese Anime and Manga craze passed me by. I do appreciate the imagination and craft that have gone into these vehicles and toys. Even the English names of them are amazing!
