While most models of the live-action Batcycle are of the Yamaha Catalina 250, that was made for the 1966 Batman film and used in the TV series, it was a 1965 Harley Davidson Electra Glide with a side car that was the first TV Batcycle.
Eaglemoss has done a splendid job producing a highly detailed model.
The original was used in the first season episode, 'Not Yet He Ain't' , and used to pursue the Batmobile which had been stolen by that feathered fink, The Penguin!
This Batcyle is fitted with a Bat Scanner with it's controls attached to the machine's handlebars. This is used to remotely operate the stolen Batmobile.
