Just checked the images I saved at the time and yes, LP toys indeed. Except I don't know about the two jet aircraft. Which don't appear on the box illustration so may not be original contents. Box illustration does show other LP toys not included in this lot. So along with the hefty optimistic price I'm not surprised it hasn't sold on the (I think) three appearances on fleabay so far. They look like LP toys, but are not in fact produced by them. I came across the set in the 80's and contacted Dekkertoys by mail, suggesting that I had 'lost' certain items in the set and could they kindly replace them? They surely did and I received the bubble car, rocket Gantry, Mercury Capsule and a few other items. Unfortunately, they were much inferior quality to the originals anr were more like the third party cake toppers that were around at the time. The Gantry was a hollow based affair, with the rocket glued in place, the blue mercury capsule was really light plastic - the door fell off almost immediately and the bubble car had a silver base and bendy rubber wheels. The MiG21 jets are not original and have been added in by a previous owner, I suspect. I still have one or two parts, but most have perished along the way, whereas the LP and Apex toys are much more durable. I think the silly price tag - which has gradually migrated downwards from almost £400, to about £250, is a blog effect, as the toys will almost certainly appear in a Google Lens search as being on the blog and the seller has seen us raving about them!
