Glad to see that Gary Raymond, who played Col. Grey in the UFO episode, The Man Who Came Back' is attending the Project Johnson UFO event and location tour in May.
Mr Raymond is probably best remembered for his film role in 'Jason and The Argonauts', and as Jack Moffitt in the American series, The Rat Patrol.
For me, my interest in Mr Raymond are in his appearances in the British ITC series of the sixties and the seventies like The Persuaders!, Jason King, The Saint and The Sentimental Agent, and although not ITC, The New Avengers, and whether he has any memories of those.

DeleteAh The Rat Patrol. The only TV show taken off air in Britain after pressure from Veteran Groups who found it offensive.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely right, Terra, I still remember the controversary . As a youngster I did watch the few episodes that aired at the time, initially oblivious to the historical inaccuracies. However, older family members were quick to point out to me that The Desert Rats were primarily British.
