Going through some old paperwork, I found this old triang dispatch note. 5th down in the pedal car section is an intriguing possibility! I've never seen one.
Interesting! Could be an SPV. I found a pic of the Batmobile Triang Pedal Car and even an Apollo Rocket (!) pedal car at the links below. Pardon the rather rude URL for the first link. Scroll down for the pics. https://autoshite.com/topic/28982-pedal-car-shite-getting-ready-to-restore-my-childhood-garden-find-sharna-pedal-car/page/2/ and https://www.planetdiecast.com/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=102&id=82424&limit=15&limitstart=60&Itemid=2455
An SPV pedal car is indeed an intriguing idea. It must have been quite something, big and imposing. I wonder where the child seat was? From the side? A new one on me. You never know, a picture may turn up Will! Thanks for sharing.
Knowing triang it was likely a bog standard plastic pedal car with spv and spectrum stickers, but I’m only guessing if , indeed, it ever got produced. Will O
