Is it a game that you played readers?
'Space Ace' was a large cabinet arcade game, with animation by Don Bluth studios. It was a groundbreaking game back in the day, as it used sections of animated cartoon, rather than pixel art. Completing a section prompted the game to run the next short segment of cartoon, I.e dodge left, run right, fire etc. it worked ok in the arcade cabinet version, alongside a medieval Knight version before it, but when it was transferred to home pcs on floppy disk, it was rendered unplayable, due to the incredibly long load times and disk swaps. At the time it was a success, as it seemed to be the 'next big thing' but the hardware and technology to make it a success wouldn't arrive properly for another decade. How on earth it justified toys in support of it, is beyond me - even K'os! Bill
