Once again, just some of the photos I took at the recent model show at Cromford Mills, Derbyshire.

Plenty to see for those, like me who enjoy seeing professional level studio scale models, with the added bonus of meeting up with a few mates.

I have to admit these events have become more of a social gathering for me nowadays, and it's always great to catch  up in person.

And a special star guest...

In recent times the event has rebranded itself as a comic con , and for the first time this year they had a guest appearance of former Doctor Who, Colin Baker.

Quite a few replica puppets on display, from several exhibiters, including Mamas & Linda Pitsillis, Lee Alwood (displayed by Larry Peterson), an David Sisson.

Outside the marquee, there was a several other displays, including the Ghostbusters, and a full size, fully working remote control Johnny 5 replica, as well as plenty of people adding to the atmosphere by turning up in costume.
