Phantasm Movie and Cars

I have not seen the movie Phantasm. I found the trailer on You Tube. That looks pretty weird.

According to the Internet Movie Cars Database the hearse is a 1966 Cadillac Funeral Coach Superior Sovereign Landaulet.

The film had an R Rating in the US. No one under 17 admitted without an adult. So I doubt there were any toys. In Britain it had an X Certificate, no one under 18 admitted at all. Today it is down to a 15.

There does look to be a modern adult collectable die-cast from the film of a 1971 Plymouth Cuda 340 - I assume the car driven by the hero ?

This is a 1/18th scale die-cast model. It is part of the American Muscle series from Ertl. That likely means expensive. It is certainly big.

No sign of the hearse.
