According to the Internet Movie Cars Database the hearse is a 1966 Cadillac Funeral Coach Superior Sovereign Landaulet.
In the main entry, if you click on the photograph of the vehicle, you go to another page with greater detail on the car, along with more photographs. I hope this helps.
I rather like the Chevrolet ice-cream truck.

The film had an R Rating in the US. No one under 17 admitted without an adult. So I doubt there were any toys. In Britain it had an X Certificate, no one under 18 admitted at all. Today it is down to a 15.
There does look to be a modern adult collectable die-cast from the film of a 1971 Plymouth Cuda 340 - I assume the car driven by the hero ?
This is a 1/18th scale die-cast model. It is part of the American Muscle series from Ertl. That likely means expensive. It is certainly big.
No sign of the hearse.

Phantasm was a movie I was obsessed with for many years. Saw it first run in the theater, in fact. I don’t think it holds up well today, but it was awesome back then. Amazing soundtrack too. SFZ
