Your recent post about watching Godzilla v Kong made me wax nostalgic for some of my favorite Showa-era Kaiju flix, so I dug out my DVDs and offer them herewith, especially as it Gorgo week.
Some are budget labels, some are bootlegs, but as long as they boast the original English dubbing jobs, they are all gold to me!

Mantango fungus of Terror is an outright classic! I remember having a grainy VHS version that made it even creepier!

Godzilla vs The Sea Monster was the first monster Japanese movie I ever saw.
ReplyDeleteI was only about 5. I couldn't follow the story. I'd never heard of Godzilla.
It scared me and confused me. I remember the goofy bits and wondering if it was supposed to be scary or funny...?
What a Kaiju collection Rob and Ive only ever seen one of them, Son of Godzilla! I'd love to come to one your film nights! I'll bring the beer!
