What a fabulous creation Kev! Wonderful! Not a bot bird I know but it reminds me of Bubo in Clash of the Titans! Who is the strange thingy in the last shot again?
Thanks, the other bird is Polyphase Avatron, the robot bird from The Pirate Planet, a Douglas Adams written, Tom Baker Doctor Who story.
I remember him- that's great!
Thank you. I stumbled upon him by accident, I didn't remember him from the show. Thought he'd make nice company for my other robot bird though.
Perfect. K-9 made a good bird-dog
Thanks, I should recreate the scene of Poly's demise with my K9.
Are the eyes lit up?
Yep, eyes light up and the beacon on his head flashes. You take his head off to change the batteries!
That is freakin' adorable - wow!
Thanks, he is kinda cute!
Nice use of that cutlery tray Kevin !
Ha, ha, well spotted. I nearly threw it out and then realised that you can't make replicas of 60's, 70's and 80's tvsf props and not own one!
