This caught my eye on Vintage Man Stuff and something I'd not seen before.
A 1967 Thunderbirds board game with 6 grey plastic helmeted figures (6.5 cm high)
What are those figures?
The instructions are in French and Dutch. There is a Jumbo shaped quality card.
Have you got this game?
I dont think the figures are original, from the look of it, the playing pieces are cardboard
ReplyDeleteNo they are plastic.
DeleteI still have that game. Some pieces are became missing throughout the time
Thankyou!
DeleteThey are original, Wote.
ReplyDeleteJust found another (incomplete) set here, with a better picture of them:

They look familiar but hopefully someone more learned than me can tell us.
Best -- Paul
I have mentioned the game once or twice, the figures are the US 'plasti-somthing' or 'somthing-plast' figures, here supplied by Autria's Linde who would have pirated them.
