As a kid I made a Revell Dambuster's Lancaster, Woodsy. I was far from proficient, but I did enjoy making and painting all sorts of kits back then. One day when life's less busy I may well have a dabble with glue and plastic once again.
Now is always a good time for modelling. It has kept me sane, especially over the last couple of years. There are so many great kits out there. Have a look at maxsmodels on You Tube (not maxmodel, which seems to be fashion photography), Max is great, and very inspiring.
That last shot is so cool, looks like an ant head with a human face inside! Very spooky! Its all coming together!

ReplyDeleteThat Lancaster cockpit reminds me of the Millennium Falcon cockpit for some reason.
