One of the things I've really missed since the Covid 19 pandemic is going to the various conventions, model events and comic marts, and meeting up in person with like-minded folk.
I did manage to get to a very enjoyable event this year, in a beautiful picturesque location - Cromford Mills near Matlock in Derbyshire.
I got to see and chat with quite a few familiar faces, and took a few photos of the displays.
Here's a few reminders.
There are always a lot of '60s memorabilia on MBC. What does it say of us that we hark back to childhood TV shows?
ReplyDeleteIt means we had happy childhoods I think Khusru.
DeleteGreat shots again Scoop, I enjoyed them in the summer. Cromford is a lovely village and I can see why an event like this fits so well in the mill. Looks like the kids there had fun chasing the dalek! Cromford also has one of the country's best second hand book shops with its own fabulous wholefood restaurant on top!
