After Junior went home on Halloween I relaxed with some touching-up my die-casts.
Here's a nice Superfast Sea Fire that needed a little white.
This Lesney Cadillac Ambulance needed quite a lot of white paint pen as did the Lesney Ford Galaxie Police Car. I'm happy with them like this now. I won't bother with new transfers, I don't need a complete look.
I've also started an experiment, a basic refresh of a Corgi Batmobile. Being a lazy restorer I've blackened it with a Sharpie marker, which I'm quite pleased with. The hubs have been reddened to cover up very scratched silver [I don't have any silver!]. The missile launcher has been re-glued in position but I see that it was originally silver so I may need a silver paint pen after all!
I'll just see where this Batmobile takes me!
