Back in the mid-noughties I was a full time Ebayer. Time was divided between finding stock at car boot sales and charity shops and auctions and also with the actual listing and selling online. Ebay was only just 6 years old in the UK back then and it was a lot of fun. I even enjoyed all the wrapping!
This was my stock back in October 2006. I must have sold it all as I don't have any of it now.
Have you sold a lot on Ebay?
See anything you like?
Pick up monkeys for me. My one was in a brown can. Played with it alot as a young toadlet. Much more fun than the Jack Straws which I also had. Both are long gone, sold at a car boot in the late 80s or early 90s.
ReplyDeleteI may have bought them off you Toadster!
DeleteThat Microdot game looks really interesting with all those little plastic parts.
ReplyDeleteDid you have a surprise seller among those items, pricewise? Grow a Girlfriend must've been a hit!
I loved finding spy games back then Arto. I had loads. So many complete games were at car boots in the 90's. I was amazed they were kept so well. Interestingly the BMW on the cover of Microdot has a Berlin number plate. The cold war was the source of all spy toys just like this one.
