Swoppet Mexicans, my favourites due to the interchangeability of the hats and bodies!
Some slightly awkward looking indians and bemused cowboys.
Britains Deetail (?) cowboys after a few shots of old redeye and getting a bit raucous.
Cowboys versus Aliens!
ha ha, cowboys v aliens! First the movie, now the toys! Love these figures, especially the cowboys. I adored changing their heads around as a kid and fiddling with their little pistols and rifles. So cool. Have you got any knights?
ReplyDeleteNo, my dad never bought me any knights. Shame, id have loved them. He was a big western fan, so I got the cowboys instead
ReplyDeleteI always preferred the all plastic figures (Timpo or Swappets, I guesse) as they seemed more robust and didn't scratch like the painted ones (Britains ?).
ReplyDeleteThe Timpo figures were my favourites, they were very colourful and the colours being moulded in plastic rather than painted, the colour did not wear off. Great figures, you hardly ever see them at fairs or markets, at least in NZ.
ReplyDeleteI accept gifts of Timpo/Swappets!
ReplyDeleteI accept gifts of any kind!
ReplyDeleteHa ha - I’ll see if I have any spares knocking about
