Blues are devilish tricky, because they look so different wet and dry, and in different lights. I think that looks extremely close to "Zero-X Blue" myself, but the important thing is that you are happy with it. I've repainted some SF models a different shade of blue just due to this same problem. The medium Blue ranges are so subtle...
Why do you hate it? It looks the right colour to me.
