That set looks great, what are all the plastic pieces in the right side of the box ? I can see a couple of figures, are they Napoleon Solo and Ilya Kuryakin ? The top of the building looks like the top of a Dalek. There is now a book out called The Man From U.N.C.L.E. Collectibles, by John Buss, Amberley Publishing, 2019. I have not seen this, but it should be helpful to collectors. I loved that show back in the 1960s. Corgi did a couple of die-cast cars from the show.
That book sounds good Paul. Yeah, it was a great show when spies and secret agents were cool. Can't think of any TV shows like that now. Man from Uncle generated a huge amount of merchandise and I can well see how a full book is needed! I have a a few books with Uncle toys in like Toys from the Sixties by Bill Breugman and Spy Toys by Carter Burkes I think. Great books.
It was a huge thing Lance. Looking at it again I realised I used to buy stuff like this on Ebay in the mid-Noughties from the States. Shipping was much cheaper then I think. I got unusual items like this to put on my toy fair stall here in the UK. They always caused a stir and it was great fun.

DeleteNever had it and this is the first time seeing it! Ideal always seemed to have an off the beaten path approach for their games. Thanks for sharing!
