Yep, there's nothing quite like a toy TV Zigg. I had some push-button ones that had little pictures inside that moved round in a circle. Souvenirs I suppose. They were great.
There was at least one Toy TV which had a rolling paper scroll inside, and you could rotate the knob and get different scenes to make a whole story. So cool before the advent of 8mm movies, VHS, etc.
it looks like a direct repackage of the toy, the radar from the robot is exactly the same, so its probable that they re-used the same decals
