Part of the X-Men universe, Warstar are two aliens joined symbiotically and serve as a member of the Shi'ar Imperial Guard in Marvel Comics.
The smaller of the two aliens comprising Warstar, B'nee is the intelligence. He rides upon a perch on the back fo C'cll and directs their actions. While not the powerful one, he is not helpless.
B'nee has the ability to generate powerful electrical surges through his touch and is a skilled hand-to-hand combatant, having been trained in a martial art from his own world.

C'cil is the large, intimidating one of the Warstar pair. While quiet and not particularly intelligent, he is an immense powerhouse of physical force.

Getting back to action figures, which I never found second hand anywhere, Toy Biz issued a rather neat and GORT-like metallic green Warstar figure in 1995. If HotWheels metallic Redlines had their own robot it would be this!
