Thought I'd share a pic of Moonbase Grandson's 'new' toy garage.
Its an old second hand tower of a thing and he adores it!
I think its about 15 years old and maybe made by Chicco or Little Tikes.
Amazingly it was free of charge off Facebook. It just needed cleaning!
Moonbase Jr. likes to park up his die-casts and then send each one down the various ramps.
This was a rather blurred shot I took under the top ramp but here goes anyway. The silver car is a 1980 Firebird by Kidco.
What do you think of the garage?

What do you guys use to clean told toys?
ReplyDeleteAs that garage-tower is used by little kid should be it cleand specially? Back in my days it wasn't a problem (maybe we had more antibodies or something in our organism) but now everyone says that you need specially clean items for little kids.
This was filthy Ran. Missus Moonbase had to scour it with brillo pads for a hour to get it as clean as it is in the picture. It had been in a garage for a few years. It was free though!
DeleteFab find, Woodsy! It's big, bold and colourful, with lots of things to do. Bet it adds a whole new dimension to those diecast cars. I really like this sort of toy for young uns. Hands-on fun to spark the imagination of Moonbase Jnr. I had a garage as a lad, although mine was a more basic design, but still lots of fun from what I remember :)
ReplyDeleteTa Tone. Little Moonbase Jr. does love it. I want him to get better and fit to enjoy his prezzies at Christmas including a HotWheels track! It'll be like Xmas 1967 allover again!
