Loose toy parts and game parts are the small change of most
toy collectors.
There is usually tons of the stuff in any collection.
Here's some I acquired about 15 years ago.
Some stuff I recognise, some I don't.
The arm is from Mighty Mike the Dickie robot.
Even though log gone I am particularly interested in what the red-tipped space rifle is? Anyone?
Kev suggests that the above yellow part is maybe the sight off the Merit Sonic Ray Gun below [ picture: Amazon]
The rings are old plastic monster rings and belonged to Bill.
In here I can see Batman and a pig jigsaw pieces?
Alongside Worzel we have a figure identified not too long ago on MB, a Fisher Price Construx Man.
At the back is a yellow game part from the Jekyll and Hyde board game. Not sure why I blocked out some parts. I think the picture was used as a Buy It Now parts listing in my old Ebay shop in the mid Noughties.
No clues as to what these are from!
Brian F has spotted that the coloured game pieces might be from Parcheesi
Spot anything you recognise readers?
The yellow missile-like thing in the first photo is like the sight from the Merit sonic space gun.
ReplyDeleteNo "Clues"in the last picture,ha ha.The iron looks like original issue Monopoly piece, which was my favorite piece. It has been "retired" in recent years and the only thing that keeps me from moping about it is they replaced it with a T Rex.The colorful pieces look like Parcheesi pieces to me.
ReplyDeleteIn the first picture, the item in the middle with all the little tubes is one of the engines from the Star Wars Snow Speeder toy. Given the shape of the tab, I would say it is the port engine as they went in on a pin and then rotated to lock the tab .
ReplyDeleteThe red tipped gun looks vaguely familiar but isn't ringing any bells. No idea about any of the rest at this time.
Well spotted Lance. Yes, it has that Kenner Star Wars vehicle greyness. It's made me realise that the circular part in front of it is the cockpit cover from the Kenner Scout Walker. would you say?
Deletethe blue spaceman on the fifth picture (the one with the Fisher Price Construx) is from Manta Force (Bluebird)
ReplyDeleteThanks anonymous. Thats another one ID'd!
Deletethe top pic has a black and gold robot arm from Mighty Mike the Smoking Robot, next to it is a grey holder for a Battle Rats figure to sit on the back of a robot pteranodon from the same line. the cards with red/black symbols are from Tomy Zoids, cut off and mail away for a Zoids computer game, th red and white missile is off a Hong Kong tank and grey hatch is a Scout Walker. Third pic - Vlad the Impaler sovenir, Marx Flash walker and we wont mention the rings.
