Tony, you just stole my good night's sleep! Samhain will consume me! Terrifically wonderful Halloween!
ReplyDeleteonnellinen pyhäinpäivän aatto Arto!
DeleteHa ha.. glad you like 'em Arto and thank you for your comment. Happy Halloween to Helsinki Base from the spooks and ghouls at the Haunted Toy Box :)
DeleteSpooktacular snaps Tone. Really quite unsettling. I'm not entirely sure how you made some of these phantographs. They remond me of the automatic pictograms in the US remake of the film The Ring and that's downright sinister. Superb work worthy of a book Tone. Get yourself on Blurb and publish! Happy halloween!
ReplyDeleteHiya Woodsy. Thanks for putting together such a diverse cauldron of bubbling magic for this Halloween. Hope you have a fun filled night, wherever the spirit of Jack-o'-Lantern may take you. Happy Halloween :)
ReplyDeleteYoure welcome Tone. I scheduled it all last weekend as we went on holiday on Monday early doors. A short break in the Dales. Just got back tonight so had had much time to celebrate the Big Night at home so I'm glad I got something on the blog beforehand. We did have some trick or treaters round, which is unusual for where we live on the edge of the village. We'd just got home so we were swettless. They got a few quid between them, which we gave a parent who came with them. It was nice to see small kids enjoying the monstrous night in a safe and pleasant way. Right, off to bed soon. We're up at 4.30am to get ready for a day's Grandson childminding. I shall catch up on my traditional horror filmathon this weekend, usually including Halloween IV: Season of the Witch. Silver Shamrock! Hurry home, Happy Halloween!
DeleteA well deserved break in the Dales and still a weekend of horror films to chill out with, Woodsy. I love a good horror movie now that the nights have drawn in and it's dark outside :)
ReplyDeleteLOVE this blog I’m currently in Los Angeles and it’s alot more scarier reading this where I am right now as Halloween is celebrated like Christmas over here and it’s quite weird reading it when my next door neighbours have a ceremtry as their garden which is staring at me! I love all the pictures and especially the Demonic Minnie and Mickey Mouse I never seen that image before and it’s terrifying - a highly atmospheric and chilling blog well done xx
ReplyDeleteHiya Doc, I'm envious... Halloween in the States sounds fantastic. No doubt you're enjoying a wicked time over there. Glad you like the pics, they were fun to do. Yes, Halloween heretics, Mickey and Minnie, escaped and embraced the spirit of things this years and unsettled some of the more conventional space toys. So 'ere's t' the madness, the glory and the plastic fangs :)
DeleteTake care and thanks for dropping by and taking Rollakazolla's Curious Sideshow of Halloween oddities xx
