I took this snap at my daughters a few years back. Her toy Samson was just surfing the net. Ernie [or is it Bert?] and his mate Duck were hanging out too.
I think Samson is from Sesame Steet. is that right?
Samson is from the German version of Sesame Street. Ernie and his rubber duckie are from the US original. They are probably looking up their pedigree at Hugh's 'Small Scale World'.
very informative Terran. Yes, Hugh's Small Scale World is Facebook for little figures! I noticed that you posted some Magic Roundabout figures on there. I found a set in Morecambe this year!
They were in boxes of Magic Roundabout biscuits. There was an offer to send in box tops and a P.O. for the full set or the train, I chose the full set. Still haven't painted them only 46 years later
Biscuits! I remember those! Were they chocolate topped? Having looked into these figures a tiny bit I was amazed to see how many different makes and issues there were of these figures.

DeleteYes, I sent for the full Nabisco offer of figures. I never did get the train though.
DeleteWow Terra, so the ones you have are yours from way back off the actual cereal?

DeleteNot chocolate, plain imitation shortbread.
