Arto's ID'd it, the Moon Explorer Car!
Whilst I try to find a picture of one here's another car it sort of reminds me of, Big Daddy Ed Roth's Surfite
I believe it is the red version of the Moon Explorer Car that we talked about earlier this year, sans the ejectable passenger.
