This a typically eclectic Japanese toy blog that I adore.
Within it is the first article I've found in Japanese about the Japanese UFO Project SWORD rubbers that I collect. At some point I will try to get it translated.
Interestingly some of the rubbers are of the less common transparent type.
The Japanese blogger has also blogged about rubber hands.
This may or may not shed light on the mysterious hand model number system found on the undercarriages of the UFO Project SWORD rubbers, which I vlogged about some time ago on You Tube.
If you run it rhough Google translate, you get a fair approximation of what the blogger is saying. Its basic stuff, commenting on the UFO Secret Base Rubbers having ufos and spaceships and that there are lots of different kinds. Whats interesting is that he/she is unsure why some have a 'janke' sign on the base - the little hand symbol. This could be a google translate artefact, as it sounds more german than japanese!
ReplyDeleteCheers Bill. Good idea. Can't believe they're called Jankes!
