Just watched Jamie and Sylvia Anderson on UK TV's One Show promoting Thunderbirds in advance of the new series starting tomorrow at 5pm.
They were enjoyable interviews and a clip of the the new show confirmed to me that it's going to be mega exciting to have the Tracy boys back on the small screen.
Who knows, if it goes really well we might even see a new feature film!
Now I just need to catch up on the Making Of Thunderbirds Are Go documentary that was aired last night in the UK and I'll be fully genned up. Did anyone see it?
I for one will be watching the new Thunderbirds Are Go at 5pm tomorrow. I hope our friends outside the UK will be able to see it soon too.
Will you be watching?
Definitely be watching. I caught the documentary, it looks as if the makers have real commitment and deep respect for the original, but I don't see why they have to make brilliant models, film them on fantastic sets and then process the image so that it looks like a high quality cartoon!
ReplyDeleteI'm watching the documentary now!
ReplyDeleteApart from the overenthusiastic presenter, the show was great, good to see Fireflash, Tracy Island and TB3 with its unusual grab arms. I for one am like a kid at christmas!
