Major Matt Madel?
This Spanish spacecraft M7X looks fabulous. It has that Proteus sort of design.
Made for Madelman, which I think is the same size as Little Big Man, I often wonder if Major Matt Mason would be at home in it too.
Would the Major fit?
Rock a Bye Baby Doll and Friends
Recently I saw a big doll on a stall. Clearly from the Sixties or Seventies, the unusual feature was the key at the back. It was musical and played a lullaby, whist gently rocking.
Googling musical rocking dolls brought me to ... Baby Rock a Bye! And yep, I would say that's the doll I saw, 18 inches tall, like the Kenner ALIEN!

He Shoots! He Scores!
Having explored Settle's handful of charity shops I was pleased to find a few cheap plastic figures - to follow - and a very smart boxed Pro Action Football set from 1993 for a coupla quid. Just the football missing, I was pleased with this.
Here's the UK TV ad from 1993.

Like a sort of Subuteo on rollers, it's not something I had. Did you? In fact the only two football games I remember having were Casdon Soccer with Bobby Charlton on the box and Striker, with the plastic players that actually booted the ball.
Did you have any football games or other sport games?
American Friction: Mine and Bill's New Book on Special Offer
I've just taken advantage of Blurb's very limited time offer of 50% off and free shipping (only within the UK I think but it's worth checking), so I thought I'd pass on the offer.
I've bought my own new book, American Friction, as I currently don't have a copy, my one and only gifted to my older brother.
Normally £24.70 ( which I gain nothing from, just seeing book out there) it's half price and free postage for a couple of days at the print on demand publishers, Blurb.
Mine was a very reasonable £12.35 today.
Google Blurb UK, search for American Friction by Paul Woods and at the end of checkout enter and apply the discount code VIP25PREP.
American Friction is my Volume II about the less-well known JR21 toys with fab photographs by our very own Wotan Bill.
Happy JR21 Reading!
