I've blogged these before.
I've still only ever seen them online,
UFO, Mysteries of the Universe and Visitors from Outer Space.

These Battle in Outer Space Action Transfers are just crazy. I mean look at those aliens! One of them looks like a SpaceX LAMA toy!

Did you have any Action Transfers? Was it a Christmas staple back in the day?
Wholly new to me, here's the Carrera Aerial Jet set, a sort of monorail race toy, which is so cool its untrue.
The box art of this set is fabulous with its glowing shot of the racing jets.
Looking a lot like a Scalextric set inside, with that thick polystyrene tray, I suppose Carrera can be seen as a slot car type toy. I'm sure I've seen Carrera racing car layouts.
Yay! Its a snow day and Skool's out!
Here's Alice capturing the joy back in the Seventies. I had this LP, shaped like a desk and its stablemate, Billion Dollar Babies. Did you?
What's the weather like in your part of the globe?
This is a page from a toy catalogue from Spain dated 1968 showing off the toy plane kits from Aeroplast.
Do you like them?
To celebrate the snow falling outside tonight and my memory of playing with my Action Man Arctic Patrol as a kid here's a staged Action Man snow shot by the brilliant Toy With It on You Tube. I love how they've got snow flakes swirling round. It looks great!
Have you any toys in snow pics and images?
Whilst we're at it here's Toy With It's Action Man Antarctic Polar Explorer set. Look at all that prep before the shot!
This toy had me stumped. On auction a while back, it looks maybe Japanese and a solid metal or rubber body. It looks like a loop at the back so maybe it was a key ring?
Any ideas readers?
