For a modest sum I managed to bag two super cool Johnny Lightning die-cast cars from US outfit Topper.
Dating from 1971 these beauties were part of Topper's own bash at redline styling and I think they did a brilliant job. I never knew about them as a kid I don't think but I've got the bug now! I'm genuinely struck!
Bigger in size than Hot Wheels redlines, the red one is the Twin Blaster and the gold one is Pipe Dream. Lightning really did strike twice!

Taking a break from boxing up and moving furniture the Missus and me visited the local boot sale this morning. It was lovely weather too. Did you get out today?

I'm very pleased to see that Kevin D has managed to find a couple of Zeriods to add to his collection. I really do love those helpful robots from Planet Zero and I thought I'd dig out my old Zeroid video I did for the blog six years ago.
